For SMS / RCS

Reply STOP to any message received from us. You will receive a confirmation and be removed from our messaging list within 7 business days.

For WhatsApp

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or block our number. You may also contact us by email or phone to request removal.

For Email

Click the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or send an email to us with the subject line "Unsubscribe" from the email address you wish to remove.

For All Channels

Contact us directly at the details provided in Section 12 and we will process your opt-out within 7 business days.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications such as order confirmations or customer support messages required for the fulfilment of your purchase.

10. User Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection law (DPDPA 2023) and consumer protection regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
